DCRC - Digital Contents Research Center

Welcome! DCRC at the Konkuk University consists of three Labs which are HCI(Human Computer Interaction), VR(Virtual Reality) and CCS(Collaborative Computing System). Its focused research areas cover interactive geometric modeling, visualization, computer animation, human computer interaction, wearable computing, augmented reality, believable interaction in VR and collaborative computing. In collaboration with research labs in University of Geneva, NTU(Nanyang Technological University), Stanford University, Purdue University as well as other collaborators across the nation, we conduct a broad range of interdisciplinary research.

1. One article "Procedural Restoration of Texture and Restructuring Geometry from Facade Image" was accepted in IEEE Access, (SCIE/IF : 3.244).

2. One regular paper "Artificial Landmarks to Facilitate Spatial Learning and Recalling for Curved Visual Wall Layout in Virtual Reality" was accepted in IEEE BigComp 2018, Shanghai, Jan 2018.

3.  Prof. HyungSeok Kim was invited to give a talk on "Multimodal Interaction for Virtual Reality: Touching Believable Media" in both KCC 2016 VR workshop and KCGS 2016 Summer School.
